The apartment is located on the first floor of the exclusive neighborhood community l’Arjau, a quiet and familiar environment with beautiful gardens and a swimming pool for the enjoyment of its residents.
“Marea Alta” is a single-level home that offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. With a functional and distinctive design, it has 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It offers a master bedroom with a private bathroom and an office area that provides privacy and additional comfort for guests.
The double room has two separate beds, with the option of transforming them into a double bed and the third room has a single bed, which makes it ideal for families or a small group of friends.
The living-dining room is a cozy space to relax and share moments together, with views of the sea from the large terrace, complemented by an exclusive decorative gas fireplace that provides warmth during the cooler times. The kitchen, fully equipped with SMEG appliances, reflects the exclusive design of the house in a Mediterranean yet retro 70s atmosphere, with views of the community gardens.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a Welcome Kit that includes basic items such as oil, salt, sugar and vinegar, as well as shower gel for the bathroom and cleaning products to keep the space spotless during your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare your favorite meals and drinks at any time of the day. From a Nespresso coffee machine and kettle to enjoy a freshly brewed coffee or infusion in the morning, to a juicer and blender to prepare fresh juices and smoothies, a toaster for the perfect breakfast, a mini blender to create delicious soups and sauces, and a washer and dryer for your convenience.
In addition, the beds are prepared with everything necessary depending on the time of year, including sheets, duvets and quilts to guarantee a comfortable night’s sleep in any season. Each guest will also receive a set of towels, with a large towel and a hand towel, for use during their stay.
