The space
Casa sencera distribuïda en dues plantes, còmoda i funcional per a famílies.
A la planta baixa hi ha un acollidor saló-menjador, cuina totalment equipada, un lavabo, una habitació individual i una agradable terrassa exterior.
A la planta superior trobareu una habitació amb llitera ideal per a nens, un bany amb dutxa, una habitació doble i una suite principal amb llit doble i bany privat amb banyera exempta.

L'accés es realitza mitjançant check-in autònom a partir de les 17:00 i el check-out fins a les 11h. El dia previ a l'arribada es facilitaran totes les instruccions necessàries.

We had a great time in this home. We were a group of 7 and it is situated right on the beach cove. It’s not too nosy even during busy time. It’s easy to access all of town by walking. We had an issue w the bathroom door and the host took care of it quickly for us. Also worth noting that only one room is private. The rest have see through curtains. The house has great AC and in the primary bedroom but the others do not have units. Overall, this was an absolute amazing location that can’t be beat. We had a few nights out on the patio with wine and appetizers watching the sunset. It’s the most unbelievable spot in Costa Brava!

We've stayed in many nice homes over the years, but La Barca – Casa Concha truly stands out and will stay with us for years. It's one of the most unique homes we've ever stayed in. The authentic stone façade facing the beach gives it real character, and inside it's warm and beautiful — white plaster walls, exposed wood beams throughout, and recessed LED lighting that makes the whole place glow softly at night. And the location almost defies belief. The house sits right on the sand, so close that the sea fills every window. Morning coffee with that view, the sound of the water at night — you don't quite believe it until you're there. It was immaculately clean and stocked with practically everything we needed to feel at home. One friendly heads-up: pack your own beach towels or just grab sarongs at a village shop as we did. With the beach at the doorstep, you'll want them. Our deepest thanks to Maria for sharing such a special home. A standout stay our whole family will remember.

Inigualable experencia y estangia en este apartamento (si se le puede decir asi porque es un casoplon), mas que recomendado y vale cada euro del que pagas. Despertarte por la mañana con estas vistas es brutal.

Fantastic place with unbeatable location - right on the beach and surrounded with some of the best restaurants and great shops. Absolutely loved every minute of our stay and only wished we could’ve stayed longer and tried all the restaurants. The house itself is super well designed and has great space and amenities. Absolutely loved the place.
